Dr. Tyson Kim listened to everything my husband and I had to say; he also read up on several procedures we had sent online that could possibly complement my treatment.

My appointment was in the late afternoon. I could have had "measurements taken" for my proposed cataract surgery, but everyone except myself and the clinician had left for the day. So I will have to come back for that to be done. The doctor said he would discuss the cataract surgery options, risks, & benefits at a later time over the phone after I've had the measurements done. I believe there are a number of decisions I will need to make, so it would've been helpful to have some printed material to take with me to begin familiarizing myself with the various surgery options.
