WOW! Dr. Hetts was INCREDIBLE! He is brilliant, and can explain his key insights in a clear and easily understandable way to a non-expert. He showed concern for me and my worries about my brain issue, and he gave me both empathy and scientific backing to ease my concerns. FANTASTIC!
