About me
Dr. Monica Tang cares for patients with a wide variety of allergic and immune-related conditions. Her research focuses on how to take better care of patients with asthma.
Tang earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Duke University, where she also completed a fellowship in allergy and immunology.
Tang is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; and American Thoracic Society.
In her free time, Tang enjoys reading and hiking.

Dr. Monica Tang is an excellent immunologist. She discussed many issues related to my lab scores, looked at each carefully , explained them, and also discussed another issue related to my body. She listens, explains well, suggests different TX strategies, is friendly, and very professional.
